Editorial policy
Global Sports Insider aims to make sport easier to understand through accurate, clearly framed explanations. We separate established information from interpretation and make room for correction when something needs to be put right.
Accuracy and clarity
We check factual claims against relevant, credible material before publication and use precise language where rules or terms differ between sports. We explain specialist vocabulary and avoid implying that a general explanation settles every situation. Readers can contact us with a specific correction or a source that helps clarify a point.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made for reader value and clarity. A commercial relationship does not determine our conclusions, and any material contribution from a partner is labelled so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work.
Corrections
When a published article contains a material error, we review the point and update the text where appropriate. We welcome clear correction requests that identify the article and explain what may be wrong. We do not promise that every disagreement will result in a change, but we consider specific, relevant evidence.
Images and illustrations
Images should support the subject and not mislead readers about what happened. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; when that is the case, they are identified as such. Illustrations are not presented as documentary evidence.
